中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎120例

Acupuncture and Moxibustion Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis for 120 Cases

目的分析研究中医针灸综合治疗方法对强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法在2015年2月—2016年5月收治的强直性脊柱炎患者中选取120例,均给予以电针背部华佗夹脊穴为主疗法以及中医药灸疗法相结合的中医针灸综合疗法,并详尽记录患者的晨僵时间、臀地距、脊柱活动度、胸廓活动度等临床指标,并对比分析治疗前和治疗后三个月的治疗效果和病情恢复情况。结果接受中医针灸综合治疗法后,显效患者56例,显效率为46.66%;有效患者59例,有效率49.16%;治疗总有效率为95.83%,患者接受治疗前后,晨僵时间和中医症状积分改善明显,治疗后明显好于治疗前,活动能力、臀地距、脊柱活动度、胸廓活动度等较治疗前都显著改善,且治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸综合治疗方法对强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效显著,能够显著改善患者恢复状况和预后效果,提升患者的生活质量,在临床上值得予以推广和运用。

Objective To analyze and study of clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 120 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2015 were selected, and they were given priority to electro acupuncture treatment of Huatuo Jiaji acu- points, which was the main therapy and combined therapy of moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine. The morning stiffness time, hip distance, spinal mobility, thoracic activity and other clinical indicators were recorded in detail. Results After receiving compre- hensive acupuncture therapy, 56 cases were markedly effective, the markedly effective rate was 46.66%, 59 cases were effective, the effective rate was 49.16%, and the total effective rate was 95.83%. Before and after treatment, morning stiffness time and TCM symp- toms integral were significantly improved. After treatment, activity ability, hip distance, spinal mobility and thoracic activity were sig- nificantly improved. There was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion comprehen- sive therapy of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has significantly clinical curative effect, can sig- nificantly improve recovery, prognosis effect and the quality of life of patients, and is deserving popularizing and using in clinic.
