近10年中医药治疗鸡眼的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Clavus in the Past Decade

目的本文通过查找中医对鸡眼治疗方法的近10年文献来对治疗方法进行研究分类探讨。方法通过查找近10年发表的有关中医治法治疗鸡眼的相关文献,并从中药外敷、针刺、灸法及验方等方面整理分析总结出中医治疗的研究进展。结果中药外敷、熏洗及针灸(针刺、火针、温灸、刺络放血、针刀等)都可应用于治疗。通过治疗,可使患处达到软化硬结、行气疏滞、活血止痛、祛腐生新的作用,各法均取得了显著的疗效。结论中医疗法治疗鸡眼其疗效肯定。

Objective Through searching literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of clavus in the past decade to investigate the elassification of treatment methods. Methods By searching articles about TCM in the treatment of elavus in the past decade, research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elavus was summarized from external application of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion and prescription etc. Results External application of Chinese medicine, fumigation, acupuncture and moxibustion （acupuncture, fire needle, warm moxibustion, bloodletting, acupuncture etc.） can be used in the treat- ment. These therapies has the effeet of softening seleroma, promoting the circulation qi stagnation, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation, and achieved remarkable curative effect. Conclution Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of clavus has definite effect.
