中医药治疗眼干燥症研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Dry Eye

眼干燥症是最常见的眼表疾病,其发病原因复杂,症状严重影响生活质量。近年来,随着科技水平提高,视频终端使用的增多,人们用眼环境、用眼强度都发生了变化,眼干燥症的发病率也在升高。中医对该病的治疗进行深入研究,临床上口服中药汤剂、中成药、中药熏蒸、针灸疗法、中西医结合等疗法的开展及综合应用,取得了很好的疗效。现就近年来中医对本病的治疗情况作一综述。

Dry eye is the most common ocular surface disease. It has complicated etiology and a series of severe symptoms, which af- fect quality of life. Recently, with the improvement of technological level, the use of video terminals has increased, and the use of eye habit and intensity has changed. So, the incidence of dry eye is increasing. Along with the intensive study for this disease, better clinical effects have been achieved in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment such as decoction, Chinese patent medicine, acupuncture, fumigation and therapy of integrated medicine. This paper summarized the related issues.
