对比腰硬联合麻醉和硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果

Comparison of application efficacy between Combined Spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in Caesarean Section

目的 :分析并对比腰硬联合麻醉和硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法 :将2015年1月至2016年6月期间在四川省自贡市富顺县人民医院进行剖宫产手术140例产妇随机分为腰-硬联用组(70例)与硬膜外组(70例)。在这两组产妇进行剖宫产手术期间,对硬膜外组进行硬膜外麻醉,对腰-硬联用组进行腰硬联合麻醉,并对比两组产妇的麻醉效果、镇痛效果和不良反应的发生率。结果 :腰-硬联用组产妇镇痛效果的优良率高于硬膜外组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇麻醉效果的优良率和不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :对进行剖宫产手术的产妇实施腰硬联合麻醉的临床效果较好。此麻醉方法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To analyze and compare application efficacy between combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in caesarean section. Methods Randomly select 140 puerperas accepted caesarean section from People＇ s Hospital of Fushun county from January 2016 to June 2016 for research object. Divide these puerperas into CSEA group（70 cases） and EA group（70 eases）.Apply CSEA for the group CSEA in caesarean section process and apply epidural anesthesia for group EA. Compare anesthesia effect, analgesic effect and incidence of complications of two groups. Results Analgesic excellent and good rate of CSEA group is significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. There is no statistical significance of anesthesia excellent and good rate and incidence of Complications oftffo groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Apply combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in caesarean section is better. This anesthesia method is worth to be broad in clinic.
