摘要
目的 :分析使用耳内镜下单纯鼓膜修复术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的效果及安全性。方法 :选取2014年8月至2016年8月东平县中医院收治的103例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和研究组。为对照组患者在耳内镜下进行抽吸冲洗治疗,为研究组患者使用耳内镜下单纯鼓膜修复术进行治疗。然后比较两组患者听力改善的情况、治疗结束至鼓膜恢复正常的时间及并发症的发生情况。结果 :经治疗,两组患者骨导听阈及气导听阈的水平均有所降低,且研究组患者骨导听阈及气导听阈的水平降低的幅度大于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗结束至鼓膜恢复正常的时间及并发症的发生率均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :使用耳内镜下单纯鼓膜修复术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎可有效地改善患者的听力水平,促使其鼓膜恢复正常,且安全性高。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect and safety of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods Select clinical material of 103 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 for research object. Randomly divide the cases into control group and experimental group. Control group was treated by endoscopic suction and irrigation, experimental group was treated by endoscopic Sinus surgery under the ear endoscope. Compare of audition improving situation, time of end of treatment to eardrum recovered, incidence of complication of two groups. Results After treatment, postoperative air bone gap level and air conduction threshold levels before operation of two groups were significantly decreased, and the data levels of the experimental group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Patients in the experimental group of tympanic membrane healing time was less than the control group, the incidence of complications is siguificantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treat Chronic suppurative titis media with endoscopic sinus surgery under the ear endoscope can effectively improve patients audition, promote eardrum recovery, and this therapy high security.
