对进行美容整形手术者康复期心理状态的分析

Analysis of Psychological states of patients in Convalescence of Plastic Aesthetic surgery

目的 :分析进行美容整形手术者康复期的心理状态。方法 :选取近期在广东医科大学附属医院整形外科进行美容整形手术的160例受术者作为研究对象。整形外科工作者在为这些研究对象换药、复查时与其进行交流,倾听其对手术及自身的想法,并让其填写心理状态调查问卷,进而分析这些研究对象在康复期的主要心理特点。结果 :在这些研究对象中,有63例研究对象的心态正常,其余97例研究对象存在疑虑、焦虑、失望及恐惧的心理。结论 :进行美容整形手术者在康复期易出现疑虑、焦虑、失望及恐惧的心理。

Objective Analyses psychological states of patients in convalescence of plastic aesthetic surgery. Methods Select the patients accepted plastic aesthetic surgery recently in Affiliated Hospital Of Guangdong Medical University in 160 cases for research object. Workers of Department of Plastic surgery communicate with patients when dressing change and do reexamination, listen patients＇ opinions about surgery and their selves, let them questionnaire of psychological states, then analyses psychological characteristics of these patients. Results In these research objects, there are 63 cases in well-balanced states, 97 cases in misgiving, anxiety, disappointment and fear states. Conclusion The patients in convalescence of plastic aesthetic surgery tends to in misgiving, anxiety, disappointment and fear states.
