力学刺激对白细胞淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1(LFA-1)影响的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 白细胞黏附和穿越内皮细胞迁移是免疫反应过程中关键步骤之一,在此过程中,淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1(LFA-1)与配体细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)起重要调控作用。LFA-1的活化主要通过蛋白激酶C(PKC)和磷酸肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)等介导的由内而外(inside-out)信号通路调控,其中踝蛋白(talin)和肌动蛋白(actin)与LFA-1的活化关系密切,通过与LFA-1胞内段相互作用活化LFA-1。在力学刺激下,LFA-1与ICAM-1的黏附能力受到影响,且活化机制与静止状态下存在不同。本文就力学刺激对LFA-1的影响可能机制进行简要综述。
