IL-33与心脏移植免疫关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 白细胞介素33(IL-33)是IL-1家族成员,参与多种机体炎症与免疫反应过程。IL-33既可以通过增加Th2细胞和调节性T细胞(Treg)的比例在组织修复、器官移植和保持体内平衡中起重要作用,也可以通过增加Th1细胞比例从而增加免疫力。IL-33可以参与多种组织器官移植的免疫耐受,在心脏移植中,IL-33可以通过增加Th2细胞、Treg和髓源性抑制细胞(MDSC)的比例或增加抑制炎症的IL-4、IL-5和IL-10等细胞因子进行免疫调节,从而延长移植心脏的存活时间。本文主要对IL-33以及其与心脏移植免疫方面的研究进行综述。
