贝前列素钠联合西洛他唑对2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者的影响 被引量:2

Effects of beraprost sodium combined with cilostazol on ankle brachial index in patients with type 2 diabetes and lower extremity arterial blood coagulation function

摘要 目的探究西洛他唑与贝前列素钠联合应用于2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者中对其凝血功能及踝肱动脉指数的影响。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年10月收治的98例2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变患者,依据治疗方法不同分为单一组与联合组,各49例。单一组予以西洛他唑治疗,联合组于单一组基础上予以贝前列素钠治疗。统计对比两组临床效果、治疗前后踝肱动脉指数、凝血功能变化及不良反应发生情况。结果两组临床总有效率相比,联合组93.88%远高于单一组77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与单一组相比,联合组治疗后踝肱动脉指数明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前、后两组凝血功能指标相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西洛他唑与贝前列素钠联合应用于2型糖尿病下肢动脉病变治疗中,可最大限度提高临床有效率,显著改善患者踝肱动脉指数,且不会对其凝血功能造成影响,安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effect of eilostazol and beraprost sodium on the blood coagulation function index and ankle brachial artery disease in type 2 diabetic patients with lower extremity artery. Methods Totally 98 type 2 dia- betic patients with lower extremity arterial disease in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomly se- lected, according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the single group and the combination group, 49 cases in each group. The single group was treated with cilostazol and the combination group was treated in the single group on the basis of beraprost sodium. We compared the clinical effects of the two groups, and the changes of brachial artery index and blood coagulation function before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the combination group 77.55%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Comparing with the single group, the brachial artery index of the combination group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Before and after treatment, there were no significant differences in coagulation function between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Cilosta- zol and beraprost sodium combined with application in lower extremity arterial disease in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can maximize the clinical effect, can maximize the clinical efficiency,improve the ankle brachial index in patients with, and will not affect the blood coagulation function, security is relatively high.
