醋酸洗必泰栓控制菌检验中吐温80用量的探讨

在三种培养基中加入不同量吐温80,进行醋酸洗必泰栓的金黄色葡萄球菌检验。其中7.5％氯化钠肉汤培养基中加入4ml吐温80,即可检出金黄色葡萄球菌。

Different Volume of Tween-80 was added to three different media in order to test theStaphyloccus aureus in Chlorhexidine Acetate Suppository. The results showed that adding 4ml Tween-80to the 7.5% Sodium Chloride broth medium could test thc Staphyloccus Aureus.
