摘要
太赫兹波由于具有分辨率高、穿透力能力强等优点,正逐步成为军事和民用领域的研究热点。首先介绍了光电振荡器的基本原理,给出了光电振荡器输出信号的数学表达式。在此基础上,提出了光生太赫兹波振荡器的设计方案,该方案基于主动锁模光纤激光器、三光纤环和锁相稳频技术设计。分析了光生太赫兹波的设计难点,以及影响相位噪声和输出信号频率稳定性的因素,并给出了解决问题的具体措施。
Photo-generated terahertz wave is gradually becoming a research hotspot in both military and civil fields owing to its advantages of high resolution and strong penetration etc. In this paper, the fundamental principle of optoelectronic oscillator is introduced at first, and the mathematical expression of the output signals of optoelectronic oscillator is presented. Then a scheme of photo-generated terahertz oscillator is proposed based on the active mode-locked fiber laser, three fiber loops and phase-locked frequency stabilization technology. Finally, the difficulties in the design of photo-generated terahertz wave and influence factors on phase noise and frequency stabilization of output signals are analyzed, and the solutions for these problems are presented.
