摘要
目的:建立太太口服液中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:样品采用Sep-Pak C_(18)固相萃取微柱进行净化处理。色谱条件:Spherisorb C_(18)(200mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇—水—冰醋酸(32:68:1.6)为流动相,流速0.8ml/min,检测波长322nm。结果:阿魏酸进样量的线性范围为0.055~0.44μg,相关系数r=0.9998;平均回收率为101.3%,RSD=1.1%(n=5)。结论:本法前处理操作简便快捷,不损失待测成分,测定结果准确可靠,可作为太太口服液的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in the Chinese Patentmedicine Taitai Oral Liquid. Method: Using Sep-Pak C_(18) cartridges to purify the sample, ferulic acid inTaitai Oral Liquid was detected by HPLC. Spherisorb C_(18) (200mm×4.6mm i.d., 5μm) chromatographiccolumn was used as analytical column. Methanol—water—ice acetic acid(32:68:1.6)was used as mobilephase. The flow rate was 0.8ml/min. Detect at wavelength 322nm. Results:The linear range for the injec-tion content of ferulic acid was from 0.055μg to 0.44μg(r=0.9998); The average recovery was 101.3%,RSD=1.1% (n=5). Conclusion: This method was simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable. Thismethod could be used to control the quality of Taitai Oral Liquid.
