摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定多潘立酮片的含量。方法:采用SPHERI—5RP—18(220 4.6mm 5um)色谱柱,甲醇—水—三乙胺(60:40:0.5用冰醋酸调节pH值至4.3)为流动相,醋酸氯已定为内标,285nm为检测波长。结果:线性范围为6～60μg·ml^(-1)。在此范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(γ=0.9996),平均回收率为99.5％,RSD为0.48％(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏。
objective: To establish a method for determination of Domperidone Tablets by HPLC.Method: Using HPLC with SPHERI-5RP-18 colume,methanol,water and triethylamine (60:40:0.5,ad-justed the mixture with glacial acetic acid to pH4.3)as the mobile phase,chlorhexidine acetate as the inter-nal standard,detecting wave-length 285nm. Results: The calibration curves was linear in the range of 6～60μg/ml (γ=0.9996). The average recoveriy (n=6) was 99.5% (RSD=0.48%). Conclusion: Themethod is simple and quick with high sensitivity.
