疏肝解郁胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗脑卒中患者焦虑抑郁状态的疗效观察

The curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsule combined with escitalopram in the treatment of stroke patients with depression and anxiety symptoms

目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗脑卒中患者焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月~2015年12月本院收治的118例脑卒中后并发抑郁焦虑的患者随机分为联合组、对照组各59例,两组均给予草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,联合组加用疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,治疗周期3个月,对比两组的量表评分及抽血检查结果。结果治疗前,联合组和对照组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后,两组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分较治疗前均显著的降低(P<0.05),联合组的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著的低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组的神经肽Y(NPY)均显著的高于对照组、P物质(SP)显著的低于对照组(P<0.05),联合组的血清IL^(-1)β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著的低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗脑卒中患者焦虑抑郁具有更加显著的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsule combined with escitalopram in the treatment of stroke patients with depression and anxiety symptoms. Methods 118 stroke patients with depression and anxiety symptoms admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects. All of them were randomly divided into the combined treatment group （ n = 59 ） and the control group （ n = 59 ） . The control group were given escitalopram while the combined treatment group were given escitalopram along with Shuganjieyu Capsule for a period of 3months. After treatment, the scale scores and blood test results were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, HAMA, HAMD scores of the two groups are not significantly dif- ferent （P 〉 0.05 ）; the scores of both scales of both groups were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores both scales of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group in 1 and 3 months of treat- ment （ P 〈 0.05 ） . After treatment, the NPY of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, while the SP was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）; serum IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF alpha level of the combined treatment were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsule combined with escitalopram is more clinically effective than escitalopram monotherapy in the treatment of stroke patients with depression and anxiety symptoms.
