精神分裂症患者出院后实施医院-家庭延续护理的临床效果

The effects of hospital-family continue nursing care in the patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症患者出院后实施医院-家庭延续护理的临床效果。方法比较我院在实施医院-家庭延续护理前、后分别收治的59例(对照组)和66例(实验组)精神分裂症患者出院后6个月复发情况以及出院时和出院后6个月焦虑抑郁状态、康复疗效、服药依从性以及社会功能残疾程度。结果实验组患者出院后6个月SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患者出院后6个月生活能力、社交能力、兴趣爱好、个人卫生评分均显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患者出院后6个月依从性显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组出院后6个月复发率显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患者出院后6个月认知、运动能力、自我照料、与他人相处评分均显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论出院后实施医院-家庭延续护理能够有效提高精神分裂症的康复效果,改善患者心理状态、服药依从性和社会功能残疾程度,降低复发率,临床推广价值较高。

Objective To explore the effects of the hospital - family continue nursing care in the patients with schizophrenia by. Methods 59 cases of patients were selected as the control group, while 66 cases of patients were selected as the experiment. The anxiety, depression, rehabilitation efficacy, medication adherence and degree of disability of slocial function in two groups were compared. Results The scores of SAS, SDS for the experiment group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The scores of life ability, social skills, interests, personal hygiene for the experiment group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The compliance for the experiment group were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The rate of relapse for the experiment group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The scores of cognition, athletic ability and self-care, get along with others for the experiment group were lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The hospital-family continue nursing care can improve the psychological state, medication adherence degree of disability and social function in the patients with schizophrenia and reduce the rate of relapse.
