综合性心理护理干预在年轻乳腺癌患者情绪及生活质量的疗效

The effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on young patients with breast cancer

目的探讨综合性心理护理干预在年轻乳腺癌患者围治疗期的应用效果。方法选取100名年轻乳腺癌围治疗期患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法随机分为对照组(50例)和干预组(50例)。对照组采用乳腺癌围治疗期常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上,实行综合性心理护理干预,对比干预前后两组患者的抑郁情绪和生活质量情况。结果干预前两组患者的贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)得分差异不明显(P>0.05);干预后,干预组BDI得分远低于对照组,差异存统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两者患者的癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组和干预组的QLQ-C30总分分别为(42.53±13.94)分,(50.18±11.18)分,差异比较存统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合性心理护理干预能明显缓解围治疗期年轻乳腺癌患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量及治疗的信心,促进良好医患关系的建立,值得在临床上进行推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on young patients with breast cancer around the time of treatment. Method 100 cases of young patients with breast cancer were sellected as the research objects, and then randomly assigned to the control group （ 50 cases ） and the intervention group （ 50 cases ）. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. The effect of the intervention on depression and quality of life were observed and compared between two groups. Result The difference of BDI scores of two groups before intervention was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）; After the intervention, the BDI score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）; Before the intervention, the comparison of two groups with QLQ-C30 scores was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）; After the intervention, quality of life scores of the control group and the intervention group were respectively （42.53±13.94） and （ 50.18±11.18 ）, the difference between two groups was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can obviously alleviate the depression of young patients with breast cancer around the time of treatment, also improve the patients＇ quality of life and confidence for treatment. It help to promote the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship, thus, it is worthy of popularization in clinical work.
