术前心理护理干预对早期食道癌切除术患者的疗效

Effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on patients with early esophageal cancer resection

目的探讨术前心理护理干预在改善早期食道癌切除术患者围手术期应激状态及护理满意度的疗效。方法分别将不同时间段内在我院实施食道癌切除术的45例和42例早期食道癌患者纳入实验组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上术前3d实施心理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组患者入手术室前30min、入手术室后30min的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者术前1d焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、状态焦虑询问表(S-AI)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者住院时间及住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者护理总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前心理护理干预能够改善早期食道癌患者围手术期生理和心理的应激状态,缩短恢复时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect nursing satisfaction of patients with early esophageal of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on stress state and cancer resection in perioperative period. Methods 45 cases and 42 cases of patients with early stage esophagus cancer treated with esophagus cancer resection in our hoapital were selected from different period of time and then divided into the experiment group and the control group. The control group were given the routine nursing, the experiment group were given the preoperative psychological intervention for 3 days based on the control group. The nursing efficacy were observed and compared. Results The SBP, SBP, HR of the experiment group 30min before and 30min after entering into the operating room were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; The SAS and S-AI scores of the experiment group 1 d before the operation were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The days and costs of hospitalization of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）; The nursing satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Preoperative psychological nursing intervention can improve the physical and psychological stress state of early esophageal cancer patients during perioperative period, shorten the recovery time and improve nursing satisfaction.
