摘要
目的探讨心理护理对老年外科手术患者术后认知功能障碍、心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的老年外科手术患者80例,随机将这些患者分为心理护理组(n=40)和常规护理组(n=40)两组,对两组患者的术后认知功能障碍、心理状态及护理满意度进行统计分析。结果心理护理组患者的术后认知功能障碍发生率17.5%(7/40)显著低于常规护理组42.5%(17/40)(P<0.05),SCL-90量表中躯体化、焦虑、恐惧评分均显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),忧郁评分显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),并发症发生率5.0%(2/40)显著低于常规护理组17.5%(7/40)(P<0.05),护理满意度95.0%(38/40)显著高于常规护理组70.0%(28/40)(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上合并心理护理能够更有效降低老年外科手术患者的术后认知功能障碍发生率,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on elderly patients with surgical operation. Methods 80 cases of elderly surgical patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these patients were divided into the psychological care group ( n =40 ) and the rouyine care group ( n =40 ) . The postoperative cognitive dysfunction, psychological status and satisfaction with care between the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction of the psychological care group 17.5 % (7/40) was significantly lower than that of the routine care group 42.5 % ( 17/40)(P〈0.05 ), the somatization, anxiety, fear scores in SCL-90 scale of the psychological care group were significantly lower than those of the routine care group ( P〈0.05 ), the depression score was significantly higher than that of the routine care group (P 〈 0.05 ), the complication rate 5.0 % (2/40) was significantly lower than than that of the routine care group 17.5 % (7/40)( P〈0.05 ), the nursing care satisfaction 95.0 % (38/40) was significantly higher than that of the routine care group 70.0 % ( 28/40 )( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing, can be more effective to reduce the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with surgical operation, also improve the psychological status and the nursing satisfaction of these elderly patients.
