摘要
目的:修定小儿退热颗粒的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别丹皮酚、黄芩苷、栀子苷;用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中均能检出丹皮酚、黄芩苷和栀子苷;高效液相色谱中,黄芩苷在16.64μg/ml-133.12μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.52%,RSD为1.02%。结论:本质量标准可以有效的控制小儿退热颗粒的质量。
Objective: To revise the quality control standard for Xiao'er Tuire Granules. Methods:Applying the technique of TLC to identify the paeonol, baicalin and geniposide. Using the technique ofHPLC to determine its content of baicalin. Results: The paeonol,baicalin and geniposide can be identifiedby TLC. There was a good linear relationships between the concentration of baicalin and absorption areavalue in the ranges of 16.64μg/ml-133. 12μg/ml. The average recovery of baicalin was 97.52%. RSD was1.02%. Conclusion: This standard is available to control the quality of Xiao'er Tuire Granules.
