清肝利胆胶囊剂质量标准研究

STUDY ON QUALITY STANDARD OF QINGGAN LIDAN CAPSULES

目的:建立清肝利胆胶囊剂质量标准。方法:用薄层扫描法测定了厚朴酚的含量,对茵陈、金银花、栀子、厚朴药材进行了薄层色谱鉴别,结果:加样回收率平均为96.46％(RSD=1.17％,n=6),点样量线性范围为0.3～3.6μg,标准曲线r=0.9996重复性RSD=2.15％(n=6),同板精密度RSD=0.95％(n=5)。结论:方法稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qinggan Lidan Capsules. Methods: Deter-mination of Magnolol in Qinggan Lidan Capsules by TLCS. The Capillary artemisia、Honeysuckle flowerand Capejasmine (fruit) was separated by TLC. Results: The average recovery is 96.46% (RSI) =1.17%, n=6), The calibration curves were linear between 0.3～3.6μg (r=0.9996), with good repetition(RSI)=2.15%, n=6) and precision (RSD=2.70%, n=6) Conclusion:The method is accurate, reliable,can be one of method for quality control of the production.
