摘要
介绍了一套自制高效低成本的红外成像设备检修系统,建立了包括便携式面源黑体、便携式工控计算机、视频采集卡、综合处理卡、测试线缆、检测软件等在内的测试平台,分析了该系统平台的关键技术。系统可实现实时的图像数据采集,同时对图像的均匀性、坏元进行快速有效的计算分析,准确统计出坏元的数量和位置,自动通知红外成像设备进行坏元修复,并对修复结果再次进行评估。
This paper introduces a set of self-made maintenance system for infrared imaging equipment with high effi- ciency and low cost.Several testing platforms are established,including the portable surface source blackbody,portable IPC, the video grabber,integrated processing card,testing cable,testing software,together with the analysis of the key technologies of this system platform.The system can collect the real-time image data,and quickly and effectively calculate and analyze the uniformity and bad pixels of the image at the same time.
