摘要
冷藏车的运输是冷链物流过程中的重要环节。在运输过程中冷藏车冷库的温度变化直接影响食物的新鲜度,并且运输中存在信息管理困难等问题。针对目前市场上的小型牛奶冷藏运输车在运输过程中存在的冷库温度变化和信息管理困难等问题,设计了一种基于GPRS技术的车载冷库远程监控系统,综合分析了冷库远程监控终端的工作原理及组成结构,采用传感器和无线通信等技术,实现了对冷藏车冷库中温度、供电状态等信息的远程监控,并用GPS卫星定位装置对冷藏车的位置进行实时跟踪,具有良好的市场前景。
This paper designs a remote monitoring system of truck refrigerator based on GPRS,which analyzes composi- structure and working principle of the remote monitoring terminal synthetically.Using the senor and wireless communica- technology to realize for such as temperature and power supply status information in refrigerator to remote monitoring, using GPS satellite positioning device for refrigerated truck position to the real-time tracking.
