仓储搬运设备远程故障诊断终端作为远程故障诊断系统的重要组成部分,担负着数据采集、故障诊断和远程通信等重要任务,为远程故障诊断系统提供数据上的有力支持。介绍了诊断终端的软件设计,重点介绍了故障诊断逻辑的设计与实现和远程通信网络的监测与智能切换,以及在实际系统中的验证和应用。

As an important part of the remote fault diagnosis system,the remote fault diagnosis terminal of the storage and transportation equipment is responsible for important tasks such as data acquisition,fault diagnosis and remote communication.It provides powerful data support for the remote fault diagnosis system.In this paper,the software design of diagnostic terminal is introduced.The design and implementation of the fault diagnosis logic and the monitoring and intelligent switching of the remote communication network are introduced.The verification and application in the real system are also introduced in this paper.
