摘要
通过分析液态模锻设备的机械结构和工作原理之后,根据液态模锻的工艺流程,设计了液压传动系统和PLC控制系统。在设计出合理的液压原理图的基础上,以台达DVP40ES200T型PLC为例,结合硬件设计和软件设计,实现了液压系统的稳定控制。该系统既实现了自动优化运行,又可以手动控制操作,提高了工作效率,是机电一体化的典型应用。
After analyzing the mechanical structure and working principle of liquid forging equipment,according to the pro- cess flow of liquid forging,the hydraulic transmission system and PLC control system are designed in this paper.In the de- sign based on the hydraulic principle diagram is reasonable,with delta type DVP40ES200T PLC as an example,combined with the design of hardware and software,to achieve a stable control of hydraulic system.
