摘要
通过某核电站的一次堆外核测系统的误报警问题的解决,详解了该类问题处理的过程,包括理清事件发生经过,使用鱼骨图列明可能性,由简入繁、由易到难地排除非要因,并最终确定主要原因。问题得到解决之后,作为经验反馈,亦从原理方面进行深入剖析,并推广之。
Through the solution of a high neutron flux positive variation rate false alarm in a certain nuclear power plant, this paper introduces the process of dealing with such sort of problem in detail,including sorting out the incident,making a list of possibilities as many as possible using Fishbone Diagram,excluding the unimportant factors,and confirming the main factors.With the problem solved,as an experience feedback,theoretical analysis and generalization have been done.
