平片疝修补手术210例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 210 cases of treating groin hernia with lichteristein

目的 探讨平片疝修补术的方法 ,适应证及优缺点。方法 行疝囊高位结扎后 ,以人工复合材料作为补片 ,用以加强腹股沟管后壁 ,以达到缝合无张力。并对手术方法、要领、手术指征、并发症和复发率进行观察。结果 与传统疝修补术相比 ,具有方法简便 ,更宽的手术指征 ,并发症少 ,复发率低的优点。与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术相比 ,具有操作简单 ,易于掌握 ,费用低等优点。结论 平片疝修补手术是一种更符合人体解剖结构 。

Objective To study the operative procedure of Lichtenstein,the advantage and defect.Methods 210 patients were treated by Lichtenstein the operative procedure,surgical indication,complication and recurrence rate were study.Result The Lichtenstein has a greater advantage than traditional hernia repair procedure,such as easier surgical performance,a wider surgical indication,quicker recovery.fewercomplication and lower recurrence.It is easier to performance and lower costs than plug mesh hernia repair.Conlusion It is a reliable method in treating groin hernia.
