本文从外国专利权的获得、全球化专利的布局与保护、专利技术的积极应用与转化、积极应对海外侵权诉讼这四个方面,介绍中国企业在"走出去"的专利运营过程积极拓展国际视野。
From the four perspectives of acquiring foreign patent, patent layout in all around the world and its protection, patent technology transformation and application, actively responding to the overseas infringe lawsuits, this article introduces Chinese enterprises＇ patent operation in the process of actively expanding their horizon.
