摘要
本文以对基于DCT的混合动力电驱变速器的研究和对其在整车的电气设计为目标,使用AutoCAD Electrical软件绘制了机电耦合电驱变速器替代EDU之后的整车高低压配电原理图,设计了混动系统中主要控制器的外部接口并对其进行相互连接,依据汽车电系导线线径和颜色设计的基本原则,设计连接导线的线径和颜色,最后从电子泵电机控制器、TCU和PCU外部线路的接插件选择和线束长度两方面,对机电耦合电驱变速器在整车的线束进行了设计。
As the goal by the research of hybrid electric drive gearbox based on DCT and its electrical design in the vehicle, this thesis carries out detailed analysis and research from the aspects of the new energy vehi- cles.DCT dual clutch transmission and EDU intelligent electric drive gearbox equipped by SAIC Roewe E550 and so on. Using AutoCAD Electrical software, this thesis draws the vehicle high and low voltage power distribution schematic diagram, after electromechanical coupling electric drive gearbox replaces PCU.
