泛素-蛋白酶体系统在CD137信号介导的动脉粥样硬化中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 泛素一蛋白酶体系统(ubiqutin proteasome system,UPS)是指泛素在相关酶的催化作用下结合到底物蛋白,然后通过26S蛋白酶体将泛素标记的底物蛋白降解的过程,该过程是真核细胞内非溶酶体依赖的蛋白质降解途径之一。
