图书馆学专业本科生专业认同现状及提升研究——以湘潭大学图书馆学专业为例 被引量:23

Research on the Current Status and Promotion of Professional Identity of Library Science Undergraduates——A Case Study of Library Science in Xiangtan University

摘要 [目的 /意义]专业认同会影响学生专业学习的积极性和专业人才的成长与发展。通过对专业认同现状的调研,有助于发现影响学生专业认同度的因素,提出针对性的措施,从而更好地推进人才培养。[方法 /过程]以湘潭大学图书馆学专业本科生为样本,采用问卷调查的方式,对其专业认同现状及影响因素进行调查分析。[结果 /结论]结果表明:湘潭大学图书馆学专业本科生对专业的行为认同高于情感、认知认同;情感认同上存在性别差异;专业认同上存在年级差异;专业调剂影响专业认同;入学前对专业的了解程度影响专业认同;对社会价值与社会地位的认知存在差异等。 [ Purpose/significance ] Students' professional identity will affect not only their study initiative, but also their future growth and development. This study aims to find out the major factors impacting students' professional identity and put forward countermeasures for improving the quality of talents cultivation. [ Method/process ] Taking library science undergraduates from Xiangtan University as a sample, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed the situa- tion of their professional identity as well as influence factors. [ Result/conclusion ] The result shows that undergraduates from the sample group exhibit relatively high psychological identity; there is a difference in psychological identity between different sexuality groups and a difference in professional identity among students from different grades; the course adjust- ment affects professiona lidentity ; the understanding of the degree before starting their university journey affects profession- al identity. Initial attitudes are difficult to change. On top of these conclusions, some strategies are put forward to help im- prove professional identity, including more emphasis on nurturing it, better-suited course subjects, more emphasis on low professional identity students, improving the introduction of the course before and upon students first entering college as well as raising the social status of occupations associated with library science.
