肺嗜酸细胞型黏液表皮样癌1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性，74岁。平素健康，除脑梗塞病史2年外，无其他病史。1个月前无明显诱因突然出现咳血，无其他伴随症状。查体：未见异常。全血检查：中性粒细胞绝对值升高6．36×10^9/L，嗜碱细胞绝对值升高0．07×10^9／L；血生化钠（132mmol／L）、尿酸（207umol／L）、总蛋白（59g/L）、白蛋白（38g/L）、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（12U／L）和肌酸激酶（14U／L）下降。
