甲状腺滤泡样肾细胞癌1例
摘要
患者女性，68岁。体检时超声发现右肾占位。既往体健，无腰痛、肉眼血尿及膀胱刺激症状。超声显示右。肾下极高回声结节，考虑为肾癌可能。余脏器及甲状腺未见明显异常。腹腔CT示右肾下极类圆形软组织结节，突出肾轮廓（图1），大小3．5cm×2．5cm，CT值37Hu，增强扫描皮质期明显强化，CT值108Hu，髓质期强化减低，CT值87Hu，排泄期CT值83Hu。
