高耐热蓝光阻隔剂应用于透明基材的耐候性探讨

Studies on the weatherability of transparent substrate added with high thermal blue light blocker

摘要 为了满足日益提升的阻隔蓝光需求,本文以5%的热重损失温度为380℃的蓝光阻隔剂,添加于树脂中,射出透明基材,并进行紫外线加速老化试验,观察UV-vis图谱变化。结果显示PET受紫外线照射,造成严重劣化;添加蓝光阻隔剂Eversorb~ BL3的试片,经过1000h的紫外线加速老化试验,维持400nm长效阻隔的功效,且能保护树脂本身不受紫外线伤害。 To satisfy the requirements of blocking blue light,we designed an experiment that are able to block400 nm wavelength light by adding blue light blocker in resins.In this study,we conducted a QUV accelerated weathering test on PET added with Eversorb~BL3,a blue light blocker,and observed the variation of UV-vis spectra.The result showed that after 1000 hof QUV accelerated weathering test the blank without any addition of Eversorb~BL3was severely degraded by irradiation while the PET with Eversorb~BL3remained stable performance,blocking the 400 nm wavelength light.At 380℃ Eversorb~BL3will lose 5% of its weight.
