健康大数据助力医疗卫生领域供给侧改革浅析

我国建立了覆盖城乡的医疗服务体系,医疗卫生事业发展迅速,医疗服务需求得到巨大释放,但结构性矛盾和制度缺陷依然存在,医疗卫生领域的供给侧改革面临挑战。在健康大数据背景下,从体量大、结构多样、速度快、精确性强等特征对大数据进行论述,探讨连接健康的五个维度(即时间维度、科研维度、地域维度、社交维度、家族维度),对信息化在供给侧改革中的作用及健康大数据助力医疗卫生领域改革进行了分析。进一步分析大数据和信息化面临的挑战,并提出健康大数据信息化的政策选择。只有把握住"跨越式发展"的机遇期,充分促进健康大数据助力医疗卫生领域供给侧的改革,才能改善服务提供体系的结构和机制。

With medical service system established covering urban and rural in our country, the medical and health undertakings developed rapidly, medical service demand gets a huge release, but the structural contradiction and institutional defects still exist, supply side in the field of health care domain faces a chal-lenge. Under the background of healthy big data, the big data was discussed from volume, variety, velocity and veracity. The five dimensions of health were discussed from time dimension, scientific research dimen-sion, geographical dimension, social dimension, family dimension. The role of information technology in the supply side reform and the reform of medical health care helped by healthy big data were analyzed. The challenges faced by big data and information technology were further analyzed, the policy choice of health big data was put forward. Only to grasp the opportunity of leapfrog development, and to fully promote the reform to the supply side of medical health helped by healthy big data, the structure of service supply system and incentive mechanism will be improved.
