天津市东丽区居民使用抗生素干预效果评价

Evaluation on the intervention effect of antibiotics in Dongli District of Tianjin

目的掌握辖区居民对抗生素使用知识和行为的情况,并了解辖区居民合理使用抗生素健康教育干预效果,为培养居民正确用药、纠正不正确的用药行为、有针对性地合理使用抗生素提供有效依据。方法随机抽取20~69岁社区居民累计316人,进行问卷调查。经过为期1年的不同形式健康教育干预后,再次对同一人群进行问卷调查。了解并对比干预前后该人群的合理使用抗生素知晓率及行为情况。结果干预后,居民合理使用抗生素知晓率及行为改变率均有提高。结论合理使用抗生素健康教育干预可提升居民对合理使用抗生素的知信行水平。建议持续深入开展合理使用抗生素健康教育,扩大宣传力度,培养居民正确用药观念。

Objective To master the knowledge and behavior of antibiotics used by residents in the area,and to understand the effect of health education intervention on the rational use of antibiotics, in order to provide an effective basis for the cultivation of correct drug use, correcting incorrect medication behavior and the rational use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 316 community residents with 20~69 years old were randomly selected and enquired with questionnaire before the intervention. After 1 year, with the various forms health education intervention, the questionnaire was enquired to the same population. The awareness rate and behavior of the rational use of antibiotics were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention, the rational use awareness of antibiotics and behavior change rate were increased. Conclusion The health education intervention of rational use for antibiotics can improve the level of knowledge, attitude, belief and practice for the rational use of antibiotics. It is suggested that we should continue to carry out the health education of rational use for antibiotics, expand publicity, and cultivate the concept of correct drug use.
