他汀类药物在心血管疾病治疗中的应用进展

他汀类药物分为人工化合物和天然化合物两种,是临床上比较经典而有效的降脂药物。合成药物有阿托伐他汀和洛伐他汀等,天然化合物有美伐他汀、辛伐他汀及普伐他汀等。他汀类既往多用于调节血脂治疗,降脂作用显著,随药物研究的逐渐深入,临床认识到该药物还具有抗增殖、抗炎、抗氧化应激及保护心血管等作用,将其用于治疗心血管疾病治疗,疗效较佳。但随着他汀类药物在心血管疾病中应用范围的不断扩大,导致其使用过程中出现的不良反应也有所增加,这就需要充分考虑此类药物应用时可能会对患者产生的影响,以确保治疗效果,并降低对患者造成的危害。此文从他汀类药物药理作用、心血管疾病治疗应用、注意事项、不良反应方面进行研究。

Statins, which is a classical and effective lipid-lowering drug, are divided into artificial compounds and natural compounds. Synthetic drugs are atorvastatin and lovastatin and so on, natural compounds are mevastatin, simvastatin and pravastatin and so on. Statins have been used to regulate blood lipid treatment, lipid-lowering effect is significant, with the development of drug research gradually in-depth, the clinical recognition of the drug has anti-proliferation, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress and the protection of cardiovascular and other effects, for the treatment of cardiovascular disease, the curative effect is better. But with statins application in the cardiovascular disease continues to expend, resulting the increasing of adverse reactions in the use of the process, which need to take full account of the effect of the drugs on patients to ensure treatment effect, and reduce the harm to patients. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of statins, the application of cardiovascular disease, needing attention and adverse reactions were studied.
