煅烧方解石废水中铜吸附剂的制备及表征

Preparation and characterization of copper adsorbent from aqueous solution of calcined calcite

摘要 未经改性的天然矿物方解石对Cu^(2+)的吸附容量低,为增加方解石对Cu^(2+)的吸附容量,可对其进行煅烧改性。以方解石为原料,经一步煅烧制备的改性方解石吸附剂(F-300),可用作高效去除铜离子的吸附剂。采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、比表面分析对吸附剂进行了表征。结果表明,煅烧前后表面各元素原子百分含量没有明显变化,也没有造成方解石的基团变化,比表面积煅烧后增大了16.6%。X射线衍射表征证明,吸附剂中除方解石型CaCO_3外,还有一定量的文石型CaCO_3。方解石或文石是自然界中常见的碳酸盐类矿物,用此材料做吸附剂处理废水中的Cu^(2+),可谓一种价廉易得,环境友好的吸附材料。 The adsorption capacity of Cu(2+)by the natural mineral calcite is low and calcite was calcined in order to increase the adsorption capacity of Cu2 +. Modified calcite powders were fabricated via one-step calcination of calcite served as adsorbents for the efficient removal of copper ions(Cu(2+)). The as-prepared adsorbents(F-300) were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller techniques. The results indicated that the atomic percent contents of surface elements did not change significantly and no radical change before and after calcination, but the specific surface area increased by 16.6% after calcination. X-ray diffraction indicated that there is a certain amount of aragonite type CaCO3 in the calcite type CaCO3. Calcite and aragonite are common carbonate minerals in nature and could be a kind of cheap, environmentally adsorption material for wastewater treatment Cu(2+).
