3种海藻对无机盐和有机物水体中氨态盐净化效果比较 被引量:4

Comparison on Purification Effect of Three Macroalgae Species on Ammonia Salt in Inorganic and Organic Water

摘要 本研究为比较阐明大型海藻对无机盐和有机物水体中氨态盐净化效果比较,以2.15 mg/L氯化铵人工养殖污水及1.27 mg/L珍珠贝类排泄物养殖污水作为待处理污水,以密度6.5 g/L的针叶蕨藻(Caulerpa sertularioides)、长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpa lentillifera)和细齿麒麟菜(Eucheuma denticulatum)分别进行净化处理,分析水体中氨态盐的浓度变化。研究结果表明:3种大型海藻对不同污染来源的氨态盐净化效果均良好;氯化铵人工养殖污水处理中,针叶蕨藻、长茎葡萄蕨藻、细齿麒麟菜对氨态盐的净化效率分别为97.29%、85.55%、67.3%,其中前两种藻之间存在显著差异(p<0.05),与细齿麒麟菜之间存在极显著差异(p<0.01);珍珠贝类排泄物养殖污水处理中,针叶蕨藻、长茎葡萄蕨藻、细齿麒麟菜对氨态盐的净化效率分别为96.64%、93.86%、70.94%,前两种藻与细齿麒麟菜间存在极显著差异,其两者之间存在差异性。因此,本研究结果将能为养殖污水生物处理工具的选择提供一定的理论指导。 In order to study the purification effect of macroalgae on ammonia salt in inorganic and organic water, artificial wastewater contained ammonium chloride at the concentration of 2.15 mg/L and the pearl shellfish aquaculture wastewater contained 1.27 mg/L ammonia salt were selected as the research object which were purified by Caulerpa sertularioides, Caulerpa lentiUifera, and Eucheuma denticulatum at the density of 6.5 g/L, and we analyzed the change of ammonia salt concentration in water. The results showed that the purification effect of three macroalgae was all good on ammonia salt of different pollution sources. Furthermore, in the artificial weasterwater group, the purification efficiencies of C. sertularioides, C. lentillifera, and E. denticulatum on ammoniacal salt were 97.29%, 85.55%, and 67.3%, respectively, and there was a difference among the two species of algae, and Eucheuma denticulatum with them has a significant difference between themselves. Moreover, in the pearl shellfish aquaculture wastewater group, the purification efficiencies of C. sertularioides, C. lentiUifera, and E. denticulatum on ammoniacal salt were 97.29%, 93.86%, and 70.94% respectively, and there was a significant difference among the two species of algae and Eucheuma denticulatum, but was no significant difference between themselves. In conclusion, this study could provide certain theoretical guidance for the selection of biological treatment for mariculture wastewater.
