摘要 视频业务已成为电信行业发展的新机遇,为借鉴国际视频业务发展经验,文章分析美国运营商AT&T、T-Mobile US、韩国运营商LG U+在移动视频业务上的发展模式。提出三家运营商视频业务取得成效的关键要素:AT&T依靠打造视频服务平台、实施内容差异化、扩大应用场景三大关键要素实现视频业务对总收入的拉动;而T-Mobile US则是凭借"Binge On"视频流量零资费培养用户消费习惯、创新无限流量套餐两大利器撬动美国市场;LG U+借助一流网络、丰富内容、优惠流量套餐使其移动视频流量人均消耗领先业界水平。由此得出结论,运营商在探寻视频业务发展模式时会选择与自身相匹配的关键要素点。 Mobile video service has become a new opportunity for the telecommunications industry, In order to learn some experience, this article analyzes the development mode of AT&T, T-Mobile US, LG U+ in mobile video service, and proposes the key elements of the success that the three operators achieved in the video service: AT&T relies on building a video service platform, the implementation of content differentiation, expanding the application to pull the total revenue. T-Mobile US is by virtue of "Binge On" video traffic zero tariffs to develop user spending habits, innovative infinite flow package the two major tools leveraging the US market. The First-class network, rich content, preferential flow package make LG U+ mobile video traffic per user leading industry level. This leads to the conclusion that operators will choose the key elements that match their own development when exploring the video business development model.
