摘要
为提高机组热效率,提出了利用吸收式热泵回收冷却循环水余热,并将其用于碳捕集MEA溶剂的再生过程.对原碳捕集系统和提取循环水余热方案进行了能耗分析对比.结果表明,该机组循环冷却水余热完全可以满足MEA溶液再生所需的低温热量,此方案可有效地回收循环冷却水余热,提高机组的运行效率,减少火电机组向大气排放灰尘、CO_2和SO_2等污染物,带来一定的环保效益.
To improve efficiency of thermal unit, it is proposed that the waste beat of cycle cooling water be used for MEA solvent regeneration in the carbon capture process by using ab- sorption heat pump. Analyzing energy consumption of two schemes of carbon capture and re- cycling waste heat. Results show that the circulating water can meet completely the demands of low-temperature heats that are used for the absorption heat pump. It will improve the efficiency of the thermal unit and reduce the emissions of contaminants into the atmosphere, for example, dirt CO2 , SO2 , from the thermal power unit, and bring about certain environmental benefits.
