摘要
游乐场安全锁因其结构简单牢靠而广泛运用于游乐设施。基于粒子群优化算法对此机构的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧进行优化设计,以弹簧的质量作为目标函数,以弹簧有效圈数、弹簧中径和弹簧丝直径为优化参数。设计结果表明弹簧质量明显减轻,并运用ANSYS16.0软件对其刚度进行校核。
The playground safety lock because of its simple structure, reliable and widely used in recreational fa- cilities. In this paper, based on particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the design of cylindrical helical compression spring. Taking the spring mass as the objective function, the effective number of spring, the diameter of spring and the diameter of spring wire are the optimal parameters. The results show that the quality of spring is lightened, and the stiffness is checked by ANSYS16.0 software.
