摘要
随着微小型零件在航空航天、核工业、国防、汽车以及医疗器械等行业的广泛应用,其精度及复杂性也越来越高,因此对小型机床的加工精度也提出了越来越高的要求。结合小型车铣加工技术特点,详细分析了小型车铣复合机床在加工过程中可能产生的热源,并利用ANSYS软件对其温度场热源进行了分析,为相关的工程设计领域提供了理论参考。
With the wide application of micro parts in aerospace, nuclear industry, defense, automotive, medical equipment and other industries, its precision and complexity is also more and more high, so the machining precision of small machine tools also put forward higher :requirements. Combined with the technical characteristics of small milling processing, a detailed analysis of the source of small lathemilling machine may be produced during the proeessing of the heat source, and the temperature field was analyzed by using ANSYS software, to provide a theoretieal referenee for the related engineering design field.
