蒸压釜组合啮合度下齿块疲劳的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 蒸压釜多采用齿啮式快开结构,在使用中其啮合齿块常产生错动,在长期循环载荷作用下,齿根处易发生疲劳失效。以一台实际齿啮式蒸压釜为例,采用有限元分析方法,对不同啮合度下的啮合齿块进行有限元分析,找出齿间应力值最大的危险工况进行疲劳分析。经过分析可知,理想啮合状态下的蒸压釜使用寿命在15年左右,而在危险组合啮合度工况下的蒸压釜寿命仅为4.5年。因此,在工程应用中应避免蒸压釜啮合齿块出现错动现象,以保证其安全使用。 The autoclave more adopts the tooth-meshing quick--opening structure, and its meshing teeth are often dislocated in use. Under long-term cyclic loading, the tooth root is prone to fatigue failure. In this paper, a tooth- meshing autoclave is taken as an example. The finite element analysis method was carried out on the meshing teeth with different meshing degrees. Find a serious dangerous working condition that the stress value reached maximum.And then start fatigue analysis. The results show that the service life of the autoclave is about 15 years in the ideal meshing state, and 4.5 years in the dangerous combination meshing condition. Therefore, in the engineering application the autoclave should avoid meshing tooth block appears the phenomenon of dislocation, in order to ensure its safe use.
