摘要
用手来操纵的传统式"手刹"因价格低,目前还是被广泛地应用在汽车上。如果设计时各种因素匹配不好,就会要求操纵驻车手柄的力要很大才能驻坡,操纵力小的时候驻车制动力会不足,导致溜车。所以提高手刹机械式驻车制动系统的效率至关重要。本文详细描述几种提高手刹机械式驻车制动系统效率的策略,结果显示:拉索设计时走向尽可能地平顺最小工作曲率半径大于200 mm;钢丝绳使用好的润滑脂;加大耐压软管内孔尺寸;钢丝绳的材质要选择合适这几种方法,对提升拉索的效率很有帮助。
