主要从船体及轮机两部分研究油轮改造半潜船过程中的关键工艺技术,并根据改造过程的关键技术提出相应的工艺方法,为国内船舶企业同类改装工程提供技术支撑和工艺指导。

This paper divides the conversion project of oil tanker to semi-submersible carrier into two main aspect： the steel structure work and the mechanical work, and analyzes the key points of the conversion projects and works out a technical procedure for the project. Hope it can provide reference and guidance for the future similar projects.
