摘要
备件是生产设备维护维修所需要的重要物资资源,合理的备件储备是维护设备可靠运行的关键。分析了生产企业备件库存管理特点以及常用备件预测和管理方法,根据汽车主机厂的生产特点,提出了基于备件寿命大数据分析的汽车主机厂备件库存预测方法。
Spare parts are important material resources for maintenance and maintenance of production equipment. Reasonable spare parts storage is the key to keep a machinerunning reliable.Analyzed the characteristics of pro- duction enterprises spare parts inventory control and the prediction and management methods for spare parts, ac- cording to the production characteristics of automotive OEMs, puts forward a spare parts inventory forecasting methodof automotive OEM based on the big data analysis of spare parts life.
