一种铌合金薄壁管材承压能力检测及组织性能研究

摘要 采用闭端内压爆破试验方法对?12×0.54 mm C103铌合金薄壁管材(以下简称C103)的承压能力进行了评估,并对爆破后管材的微观组织进行了研究,通过闭端内压爆破检测系统获得了C103薄壁管材的爆破周向极限强度和周向延伸率,分别达到了472 MPa^477 MPa和19.41%~19.43%,这说明其具有较好的塑性和承压能力。 In this research, the pressure-bearing ability was evaluated for theφ12×0.54 mm thin-walled tube of C-103 nb alloy (C103) by closed-end burst testing ,and the microstructure of the cracked tubes was studied as well .According to the closed-end burst testing system,the cicumferential ultimate strength and elongation exceed- ed 472 MPa-477 MPa and 19.41%-19.43% of C103,respectively,which indicates that the ductility and pressure- bearing ability of C 103 are satisfactory.
