汽缸拉缸是直喷式涡轮增压柴油机的几个常见的失效模式之一,主要发生在发动机磨合初期,且拉缸初期不易被察觉。一旦拉缸程度恶化,会严重影响发动机的使用性能,严重的还会造成交通隐患。主要介绍了柴油机活塞环闭口间隙,在发动机磨合初期对于拉缸的影响,并就此提出预防措施,以供借鉴。

Cylinder scuffing is one of several common failure modes of direct injection turbo charged, mainly oc- curs in the early of running-in period. Cylinder scuffing is not easy to be detected at preliminary stage. Once the cylinder scuffing is worsening, it will seriously affect the engine performance, even cause the traffic hidden trou- ble. This paper mainly introduces the closed clearance of diesel engine piston ring and its effect produced on the cylinder scuffing at the beginning of nmningin period, and puts forward the prevention measures for reference.
