摘要
不少基层装备建设有不符合装备建设规律,这是由决策时没有遵循装备寿命周期费用思想造成的。为此,介绍了装备寿命周期费用思想,以期对装备建设作出一些有益的提示。
Many basic equipment construction is inconsistent with the law of equipment construction, this is be- cause the decision did not follow the idea of equipment life cycle cost. Therefore, the idea of equipment life cycle cost is introduced, in order to make some useful tips for the equipment construction.
