摘要
针对某工厂发动机产品审核中出现的主轴瓦、连杆瓦拉痕、轴瓦中有小黑点等现象,通过问题故障树分析、对比验证分析、清洁度检验、电镜分析验证等方法,得出主轴瓦划伤原因是由轴瓦安装工装杂质带入、手套杂质带入导致;连杆瓦划伤原因是连杆清洁度较差,连杆大头端结合面杂质在装配的过程中掉入连杆轴颈导致,为某工厂解决连杆瓦划伤问题的提供了一种详细方案。
